Over our forty years we have had the opportunity to receive teachings from eminent Lamas, monks, nun and lay teachers and have an extensive library of recordings, which we are gradually transferring to digital format. This Autumn 2022 sees a wonderful course on Tuesdays led by Donal Creedon entitled ‘From Here to Enlightenment’. It will explore the range of Buddha teachings which address our human problems in unique and profound ways. We will go from the foundation teaching on suffering to the sublime teachings on emptiness, the nature of consciousness and Buddha nature.
