On the first and third Thursday of each month at 7.30pm there is an opportunity to come together to practice Mindfulness. The sessions are suitable to those who have done some mdinfulness training but also for those looking for an introduction to mindfulness.

Some of the guided core practices offered include body scan, loving kindness meditation, three-minute-breathing-space, and mindfulness of breath and sound.

There is no charge for these sessions, however donations towards the running costs of the Centre are very welcome.
