About the event

This course will present practical methods on how to develop gratitude. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is take charge of our Attitudes.Every moment is an opportunity to wake up from our negativities, assumptions, prejudices and habits. An attitude of gratitude helps us correct our negativity bias.

Gratitude can be fun too. Not some “heavy duty” thing to add to our to-do list. The heart of the weekend will be an in-depth investigation of how to cultivate gratitude based on the seven points of mind training-a deep text from the Tibetan tradition. The text also emphasises, “Always rely on a joyful state of mind.”
