Green Tara is a very common practice in all of the different schools of Tibetan Buddhism.

Tara’s activity is connected to Chenrezig, and her special feature is swift activity out of deep compassion, to help beings in any circumstances. If we practice Tara with faith, we can overcome obstacles or enhance our own compassion. The chants of the Green Tara Practice are both melodious and energetic.

Beginners are welcome to join in, there are no requirements. Texts are available if you don't have your own.
