About the event
These Dharma talks provide an overview about Buddhist topics, which can be summarised under ‘What is Buddhism?’ ‘Why practice Buddhism?’ and ‘How to practise Buddhism?’
Questions and contributions from participants are welcome, or we will use as a starting point the succinct instructions from the “Precious Garland of the Supreme Path” by Lord Gampopa, one of the great forefathers in our lineage. These instructions address questions and important points on all the various levels of our dharma path.
The second part of the afternoon is dedicated to meditation, with a short introduction before, and time for questions afterwards.

“If we meditate without prior understanding that is gained through listening to dharma and thoroughly thinking it through, our meditation will remain obscured in the field of projections.
Studying dharma without putting it into practice, we are at risk to become a ‘dharma expert’ with intellectual understanding alone.
