About the event
Dharma talks on a weekly basis that provide an overview about Buddhist topics, which can be summarised under ‘What is Buddhism?’ ‘Why practice Buddhism?’ and ‘How to practise Buddhism?’
Questions and contributions from participants are welcome, or we will use as a starting point the succinct instructions from the “Precious Garland of the Supreme Path” by Lord Gampopa, one of the great forefathers in our lineage. These instructions address questions and important points on all the various levels of our dharma path.
The second part of the afternoon is dedicated to meditation, with a short introduction before, and time for questions afterwards.
Everybody welcome!
