About the event
How do I need to sit in meditation? What can I do if my legs and knees are hurting? I always get distracted! …. Whatever your questions are, here is the place to ask and get some advice.
A typical session would be that after a brief introduction we meditate for a short time (approx. 10 min.), then speak about the issues that come up before we do another short meditation. In this way we can gradually develop a feeling for meditation.
Once you feel ready to intensify your practice, you can then join one of the Calm Abiding Meditation sessions.
