Establishing a regular practice of mindfulness could be one of the greatest gifts we give to ourselves and others as we learn to open with greater awareness, kindness and acceptance to our suffering and the suffering of those around us.
It also helps us to cultivate a greater sense of gratitude for the many wonderful things in our lives that we tend to overlook. Little by little, on the journey of mindfulness, we learn to let go of our unhelpful habits whilst nurturing that within us that is wholesome and good.
